You have been invited out of relationship and it is our desire to demonstrate what Will Guidara has coined as "unreasonable hospitality" by providing this event at no cost to you. During the event we will be casting vision and providing an opportunity to consider an investment in what God is doing at Bethel as part of your living legacy. Check-in begins at 4 pm. The resort will accommodate requests for early check-in on a case-by-case basis. If you arrive before your room is prepared, you are welcome to explore the property and store your bags with the front desk. Check-out is at noon.

There are a variety of options available for commercial or private flights.

Here are some airports near Napa Valley for your convenience:

Sacramento International Airport (SMF)

An easy and efficient airport with multiple daily flights from major cities. Shuttle bus to rental car center. Travel time to Carneros is 1-1.5 hours. 

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

A large, busy hub with abundant flights and lounge amenities. Train to rental car center. Travel time to Carneros is about 1.5–3 hours, depending on traffic.

Oakland International Airport (OAK)

A small but robust option closer to Napa Valley and with fewer delays than SFO. Shuttle bus to car rental center. Travel time to Carneros is about 1–2 hours, depending on traffic. 

Napa County Airport (APC)

For charter and private planes only, this airport is known as the Skyport to the Wine Country and only 7 miles from Carneros with resort car service available.

Personal travel arrangements to the event are at your discretion. We are happy to provide concierge services and arrange transportation to and from the airport. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please indicate so on the event confirmation form.

All transportation will be provided during Legacy Encounter so you will not need a car to get around during the event itself. However, if you plan to extend your stay and enjoy the Valley, you will likely need a car service. Carneros offers complimentary access to select Cadillac vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may inquire upon check-in.

It is customary for guests in Napa Valley to dress “Wine Country Casual” – somewhere between resort casual and business casual. Most of our events will be indoors, but there will be some need to dress for outdoor weather.

Legacy Encounter attendees will enjoy a reception and dinner on Thursday, September 12; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday, September 13; as well as breakfast on Saturday, September 14; plus breaks with refreshments throughout the event.

While our programming formally ends on Saturday morning, our accommodations at Carneros are extended through Saturday night as well. Please indicate if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity in the event confirmation form.

You are also welcome to join us for one of our many worship services at Bethel on Sunday. You can expect a 2.5 hour drive from Napa Valley, with service start times on our College View Campus at 8 am, 10:30 am, 1 pm, and 6 pm.
